In this case once you select the puppy, you will need to make the necessary arrangement, and let us know when to take the dog to the airport. I can not make flight arrangements for your puppy, but I will take the puppy to the Portland Or. or Seattle WA. airport but an additional $150 will be added to the purchase price to cover extra expenses of shipping the puppy. I do understand how hard it is to find good quality dogs like mine, and will help as much as I am able to. Payment in full for the puppy is expected before the puppy leaves. Your Puppy is being sold as pet only. Seller is not selling the puppy for breeding purposes. Seller
guarantees the puppy to be healthy at time of sale, and current shots and worming administered by
Seller. You will receive a copy of its record of this at time of purchase.
We try very hard to ensure all of our puppies will have a long healthy life. That does not mean we can
guarantee a puppy will never develop a health issue. There are many random health issues that any
dog may develop, just like people, and are not genetic in nature. Health can be determined by food,
vaccines, chemicals consumed and other environmental impacts that may cause disease or other
physical problems. Our puppies are on a strict schedule of worming and vaccinations while they are
with us. The puppies are bathed often and depending upon the age, will receive preventative flee
treatment with Advantage for dogs before they leave our home. However this does not mean that we
can guarantee the puppy will not have worms, or flees despite our efforts.
We also can not guarantee that a puppy will not develop one of the diseases we vaccinate for or other
diseases such as coccidia or giardia, since a puppy's immune system is still developing when they
leave our home. To help protect your puppy, we recommend that you do not take your puppy to a dog
park or other places with many dogs you do not know. Expose your puppy only to other dogs that you
know have had all of their vaccinations and do not frequent multi dog areas, until your puppy is at least
4 months old. Also, it is important to remember that disease can enter your home on your feet, so
take your shoes off at the door!
Take the time to understand your puppy's needs. We recommend feeding your puppy/dog a good
quality of dog food that contains no fillers. Read the information we have provided on this website for
picking out the right food. Don't forget plenty of fresh water, exercise and love.
The Buyer has three (3) business days to take the puppy to a Veterinarian of his/her choice and have
an additional health check done on the puppy. If this is not done the guarantee is void. If the puppy is
found to be unhealthy within one week of purchase and a written statement from the Veterinarian is
provided to us, a full refund will be given or a different puppy will be provided, which ever the buyer
chooses. If any health care is needed for the puppy, the buyer agrees to return the puppy for a refund
within that one week period of time. Seller does not pay for buyer’s veterinarian bills ever. Seller does
not provide a refund or exchange after the one week period. There will be no guarantee for the
puppy's health after one week of date of purchase, so do not call and tell us of a problem within that
week, and then tell us you are too attached to the puppy to bring them back and expect us to pay vet
bills. We take puppies back only within the first week and pay our vet only. It has to be this way,
because we can not provide protection or care for a puppy once it leaves our home. Puppies can be
dropped by a young child or eat house plants or other indigestible items, taken for a walk in a public
park before fully vaccinated, too many things to list that are out of our control once it leaves our home.
This gaurantee is voided if buyer takes puppy home before seller recomends they are ready to go.
If the puppy is being shipped out of the area, the buyer has found the puppy to have a serious
inherited defect within a week from shipping date, there will be a full refund provided to the buyer,
when this is verified through a licensed veterinarian. Seller reserves the right to also have this verified
through their own licensed veterinarian. This does not apply for anything other than serious inherited
defects, and only within one week of receiving the puppy. All puppies being shipped out the area will
come with a health certificate from my licensed veterinarian stating the puppy is in good health at time
of purchase, before shipping.
Please take your time in picking out your puppy. All puppies are in need of training, and we do not
provide a refund or different puppy because of personality traits, minor ailments such as stress
induced diarrhea, fleas or worms. Keep in mind that many times puppies do not tolerate the ride home
and will be car sick. There will also be an adjustment period for the puppy as it leaves it's family and
learns to be a part of yours. The puppy will need your support and affection for an easy transition
during this time. So please be sure you are ready to take on all responsibilities that come with a new
puppy, whether it be health care or potty training issues, and that you are going to be happy with the
puppy you have chosen, before you take him/her home.
Upon purchase of the puppy, all veterinary care and its associated cost are the sole responsibility of
the buyer.
If for some reason buyer decides not to keep the puppy, buyer will find the puppy a loving home, and
not take him/her to the animal shelter.
It is the responsibility of any person adding a new puppy to their home, to research the breed and the
needs of the puppy they will bring home. It will also be assumed that the buyer has done their
research about the guarantee provided with any puppy they purchase from us. So when a puppy is
purchased from us, it will be assumed that the buyer has carefully read and agrees to all above terms
of purchase and will assume full responsibility of the puppy they purchase. Any questions about such
terms will have been discussed to the buyers satisfaction before the seller takes their new puppy
home.
